Vanessa's story

I have always been into fitness, and love spending time in nature and the great outdoors. My home, the beach and the mountains are my happy places. I am a qualified yoga, barre and pilates teacher. I have also studied Shiatsu and Chinese Medicine. I am deeply drawn to the power of yoga and pilates, the low impact, yet high intensity burn, and the mind to body connection that it offers, allowing you to connect with your breath and your body’s power, while simultaneously calming your mind. I am a mum of four busy school aged children. I enjoy all types of movement, cooking and meal planning nutritious meals. Having lost my mum to early onset dementia, a healthy and strong body and mind is SO important. I love helping people to strengthen their bodies, improve mobility and flexibility, bringing balance to body and mind through gentle movement and breath work. True power is living the realisation that you are your own healer, hero and leader.
