FITCare is always striving to provide great monthly activities - check out our monthly calendar!
FUN, FITNESS and STRENGTH
These sessions have integrated exercises to improve foundations of strength and fitness, and will involve elements of cardiovascular, strength, control, stability and agility. It is suitable for ALL people and abilities. Some of our participants are new or returning to fitness, and / or have a disability. Individual risk assessments will need to be conducted for each new participant. Important information: You must be registered for the program to join in the activities - please check Council website for details All activities cost $10 or $5 with a Health Care/Pensioners card Evidence of this card will be required at the first class Where appropriate, the cost for children under 18 years of age is $5 when accompanied by an adult, or $10 if a children's-only activity Sessions run for a minimum of 45 minutes (check with provider) FOR ANY ENQUIRIES ABOUT THE ACTIVITIES, PLEASE CONTACT THE PROVIDER NOT HEALTHY SUNSHINE COAST

D&D departs from traditional wargaming by allowing each player to create their own character to play instead of a military formation. These characters embark upon adventures within a fantasy setting.
