My name is Jarrod; I love video games, the beach, animals, sports, anime and drawing. I have grown up loving exercise and helping people, so I am incredibly happy about being a Personal Trainer. Helping others become who they want to be and watching them grow as people is an amazing experience. I am so glad to be a part of an individual's journey. I thrive on helping others achieve their goals. So, I am looking forward to utilising my skills and passion for health and wellbeing into supports; I am very eager to learn and improve.
