Certificates III & IV in Fitness Aqua Instructor First Aid Adventurer

I have been living on the Sunshine Coast for almost 2 years after leaving western Australia in 2020 to travel to Australia with my husband and two children. I have had a passion for health and fitness for many years, taking me in many different directions throughout the years I am qualified cert 3 and 4 in fitness as well as an aqua fitness instructor, I am a lover of anything health and fitness, adventure seeking, hiking and bush walking, swimming, surfing, bike riding, snowboarding I enjoy cooking, baking, and experimenting with different recipes. Arts and crafts. I have a passion for travel and sharing those experiences and adventures with my family. Being in the ocean and up in the mountains of the glass house is a calm and peaceful place I enjoy spending time to rest. Most of all, I love helping people in any possible way to achieve their long or short-term goals.
